Strategic Plan - Military Community Resilience Program

The Military Community Resilience Program Strategic Plan (MCRP) is a framework designed to strengthen resilience across the military community by integrating the unit, spouses, and families at the installation level.

Using language and real-life situations familiar to military life, the plan teaches how the community prepares for and responds to adversity, operational stress, and the demands of service. The goal is to make resilience a shared responsibility across the base — not just an individual skill.

Developed for both base-wide and unit-level implementation, the framework has been used as a resource by the Department of the Air Force and adopted by multiple installations worldwide to help educate and equip military communities to handle challenges more effectively.
