At Engagesmart, I led ABM programs at both InvoiceCloud and DonorDrive, delivering impactful results while aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives. I developed and launched InvoiceCloud’s first formal ABM program, achieving a 178% increase in pipeline growth within just five months (2023). In 2024, I exceeded my growth goal by 115%, focusing on key verticals like Enterprise Government Utility & Billing, and Waste. At DonorDrive, I introduced and executed their inaugural ABM program, surpassing 162% of my annual goal within 10 months, focusing on Non-Profit Organizations, Higher Education, and Healthcare.

In 2021, I completed the United States Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) program, executing 17 high-impact marketing campaigns and managing social media channels with over 900,000 followers. As the subject matter expert for social media strategy, I implemented an organic, multi-channel approach that resulted in a 16.22% growth rate, 136,583 new followers, a 10.7% engagement rate increase, and a 39% increase in website click-through rate. This led to HOH’s LinkedIn page becoming the #1 most-followed veteran non-profit organization.

Beyond social media, I led content creation for HOH’s programs, distributing organic content across multiple channels, and spearheaded the paid advertising strategy for Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn Ads. I worked closely with executive leadership to optimize campaigns and provide media recommendations for strategic decision-making.
